What types of membership do you offer, and what are the prices?
We offer a variety of membership options to suit different needs and budgets. Our basic membership provides access to all gym equipment during regular hours. We also have premium memberships that include access to group fitness classes, personalized training plans, and special member events. What are your operating hours, and what classes are offered?
Our club is open from 9am to 9pm. We offer a diverse range of fitness classes, including yoga, Zumba, HIIT, strength training, spin. You can find the complete class schedule with descriptions and times on our "GYM" page.
Do you offer personal training services, and how much do they cost?
Yes, we have certified personal trainers available to help you reach your fitness goals. Our trainers work with individuals of all levels, from beginners to experienced athletes. Personal training sessions are customized to your specific needs and objectives. The cost of personal training varies depending on the trainer's experience and the package you choose.Please visit our "Personal Training" page or contact us for more information on available packages and pricing.
What equipment do you have, and do you offer any introductory guidance for new members?
Our club is equipped with a wide range of state-of-the-art fitness equipment, including cardio machines, weight training stations, free weights, and functional training areas. We also have a dedicated space for stretching and recovery. Upon joining, all new members receive a complimentary introductory session with one of our staff members to help them familiarize themselves with the equipment and ensure they have a safe and effective workout.
What are your safety and hygiene procedures?
The safety and well-being of our members and staff is our top priority. We adhere to strict safety and hygiene procedures, including regular equipment cleaning, providing hand sanitizing stations throughout the club, and ensuring proper ventilation. We follow all guidelines and regulations set by health authorities and encourage members to do their part in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for everyone.

  1. Each visitor to the club, upon purchasing the selected service, becomes a personal guest of the club. We are waiting for you at the specified time, try not to be late. Unfortunately, in case of a delay of more than 15 minutes, services may not be provided. Club working hours from 7-00 to 21-00.
  2. At the time of visiting the club, the guest is given a special bracelet for passage to various zones, it will help you "open the necessary doors" of our club. Do not lose this bracelet. But if this happens, then immediately contact the club reception for a replacement, and the lost bracelet will be blocked.
  3. For the convenience of the club guests, there are changing rooms. Each guest is provided with a personal locker for storing personal belongings during the visit to the club, and a towel is also given.
  4. A guest of the club, regardless of the selected services, at the time of visiting the club, can additionally use the gym. Remember that all sports equipment of the club must be used strictly in accordance with its intended purpose.
  5. A guest of the club can use the children's room service when visiting the club with children, provided that the children are aged from 5 to 12 years. The bright and educational children's play area fully complies with all safety requirements for children. For information on ordering a nanny service, please contact the reception desk.
  6. Always remember that you cannot leave children alone without supervision, especially in the Pool and SPA area.
  7. Please note that you must take a shower before visiting the water area. Entry to the water area is only allowed in special shoes with non-slip soles. All these rules have been created solely for your convenience and that of others.
  8. In the pool and SPA area, when you purchase a session, you automatically reserve a sun lounger for yourself, which means you are guaranteed a good rest. There will be enough space for comfortable accommodation for all guests.
  9. To avoid undesirable results, before visiting massage procedures, be sure to inform the specialist about chronic diseases or poor health.
  10. Respect your sparring partner during the padel game, this will make your game bright and effective.
  11. Payment for additional services, including when ordering from the mini-cafe in the pool area, can be made at the club's reception desk. Payment is accepted by cash or cashless payment.
  12. Please note that the administration is not responsible to the visitor for the safety, integrity, completeness of things left on the territory of the club in free access.
  13. Please keep the territory of the club clean, because it is always more pleasant to relax or do sports in perfect order.
  14. We ask you to take good care of the property and equipment of the club, this will help us provide the club services at the highest level.
  15. The club rules are easy to follow because they are created with love and care for you. The club administration wishes you a good game and rest in Good Story Club.
